I am writing to thank Erin Reid and RHC Riding Academy for all they have done for Nikki and Patches. Our daughter, Nikki, has been riding at RHC Riding Academy since July, 2009. Since this time, we have seen Nikki become more confident than ever in the saddle. Erin and her staff have a great deal of knowledge of all types of riding. Their techniques are wonderful and their ability to present them and explain so that one can understand them and put them to work is truly magic. Nikki has also gained a new barn family from this experience.

Erin and her staff's personality and knowledge of the horses has had a lasting impression on us since we have a young horse who has been a bit of a challenge. We have been boarding a two year old gelding since October, 2010. Their patience and expertise has paid off more than we ever dreamed possible. He is very well trained, calm and basically turning into the dream horse we have always hoped for. We will never be able to Thank You RHC Riding Academy for what they have done for our family. They have a God given talent for teaching and training students and horses!

When my children decided they were interested in learning to ride, we visited and spoke to riding instructors all over the Louisville area. After speaking with Erin Reid by phone, and then visiting RHC Riding Academy in person, we knew we had found the right place. My kids and I really hit it off with Erin right from day one, and the other riders at RHC were very friendly and knowledgeable, really taking the time to make us feel welcome. Lessons are not generic; instead they are tailored to the rider's level of ability and specific interests. In a little over a year, I am amazed at how far they have come. Not only are they becoming excellent riders, but they have also learned about the responsibilities of caring for the horses. All of the horses at RHC are wonderful and have taken excellent care of my kids as well. We wouldn't think of riding anywhere else.

Our experience with RHC is one of joy and admiration for the trainers, other students and families that are a part of RHC. Our daughter has learned about horses as well as life skills that will be with her for a lifetime. We couldn't ask for a better environment for our child to spend her free time. So after raising my family, being established in my career, and now middle aged, I once again dared to dream. I discovered RHC and the wonderful women who run the stable.
